With this release, you have the ability to manage bookings easily with our addition of Copy, Edit and Cancel booking. We are thrilled to be able to offer this to you.

Copy Booking 🚀 NEW FEATURE

added Copy your Booking feature to the portal. Simply find the booking you want to copy and click “Copy” to use it as a quick template for Create Booking.

Edit Booking 🚀 NEW FEATURE

added Edit your Booking feature to the portal, view the booking you want to modify to and click “Edit” to make a change to the freight or service details.

Cancel Booking 🚀 NEW FEATURE

added Cancel your Booking feature to the portal, view the booking you want to cancel and click “Cancel” to complete a cancellation.

Knowledge Base 🚀 NEW FEATURE

introduced this very customer knowledge base, offering self-service support for customers to learn more about how to use the customer portal and utilise all of the features available.
added Booking Edit Surcharges Overview to help users navigate potential surcharges resulting from changes (Edit & Cancel) made to bookings on the portal.

Create Booking 🌠 🛠️ ENHANCEMENTHOTFIX

listed sending/receiving customers has been enhanced to order and show most recently used on top.
the sending/receiving customer search engine has been improved to show more relative results on top
the list of booker and freight payers is now sorted alphabetically.
fixed an issue where sending or receiving customers located at private sidings were unable to find an appropriate rail service due to missing a related rail terminal.
fixed an issue where TEU was miscalculating available service capacity

Bookings Dashboard 🌠 🛠️ ENHANCEMENT HOTFIX

added new search filter ‘Unscheduled Only?’ to the booking dashboard, Unscheduled Only? can be used to quickly find any of your booked equipment that still needs to be allocated to a rail service.
added Service Id to the booking and equipment details on the dashboard, this will show the service/s each equipment has been booked to.
added “Set as Default” button to the column settings, to save your column configuration as your default.
added “Equipment Id” to the booking columns, displaying equipment in the booking to increase visibility.
added “Clear” filters button to the filter panel, click to remove content from all filters.
added sort ordering on equipment details table and default sort order on cut-off.
fixed an issue where export to excel was missing certain fields data.
fixed export to excel date formatting so that the data can be sorted chronologically without requiring additional manipulation within excel.
