Booking Reefer Freight

If your container requires reefer care, make sure you select the reefer option when selecting your commodity type.

Give us as many details as you have about the container so that we can plan ahead for it.

If you require a generator, we usually need 72 hours notice to make sure we have one in position for you. If you’re booking less than 72 hours out, please reach out to our customer delivery teams to ask about your options.

Empty reefer containers should be booked as “MT CONTAINERS” which is a dry commodity type. Only select the reefer commodity type if you want the container to have reefer checks done during transit.
