If you’re having issues confirming or editing your base bookings, check out our troubleshooting guides below.

I don't see a banner showing unconfirmed bookings?

If you do not see the unconfirmed bookings banner, it means you do not have unconfirmed bookings that you have permission to confirm in your current account.

To troubleshoot:

  1. Ensure you are in the correct account.

  2. Ensure you have the necessary permissions.

If you believe you should have unconfirmed bookings to action, please reach out to our Customer Delivery Team for assistance.

I can't increase the quantity or change equipment details in the review base booking page?

The Review base booking screen shows the reserved equipment and schedule.

You may choose to confirm the booking as-is or reduce the number of equipment before confirming.

  • If you wish to increase capacity or change any details of the unconfirmed booking, you can do so through the usual "Edit Booking" process or by creating a new flexi-booking.

  • If you wish to change the equipment type or details (including hazardous flags), you can do so through the usual “Edit Booking” process.

  • Setting the quantity to 0 will allow you to remove the base booking and release the reserved capacity. You may also remove the base booking by following the usual “Cancel Booking” process.

What happens to an unconfirmed booking if I do not confirm it?

The banner will show you when you must confirm your bookings by.

Once the deadline has passed:

  • All remaining unconfirmed bookings will be removed, releasing that capacity to the rail network.

  • The banner will not be displayed the next time you load the dashboard.

If you missed out or forgot to confirm your demand, you will be still be able to secure your capacity by creating a new flexible booking.

I forgot to confirm my demand and now my unconfirmed bookings are gone, how do I secure my capacity?
