Booking Door Pickup or Door Delivery

KiwiRail partners with Team Global Express and other road providers to offer roading from most of our CT sites.

If you want us to arrange picking up a container from your Sending Customer, or drop it off to your Receiving Customer, click Request Door Pickup or Request Door Delivery to open the road service options:

Enter the date and time you want the container to be picked up/dropped off. Make sure you enter the Site Contact and Phone Number, and any other information we need to know to get a truck in place.

Make sure your Door Pickup time is before your rail service cutoff, and your Door Delivery time is after the rail service arrival time.

Roading is not offered from Castlecliff CT.
