From the booking dashboard

The dashboard shows “There are no bookings found”

If your dashboard says “There are no bookings found” it means there are no bookings shown with your current search, and you need to change your filters. Read about search filters here.

Remember that the default filter is set to everything departing in the next 7 days. Your freight might have already departed, so it won’t show with the default filters.

Any unscheduled bookings will not be shown with the default filter either. Click the unscheduled button to search for them specifically.

You also won’t see any cancelled bookings unless you search for that Booking ID specifically.

If you’re still not able to find the booking, double check there aren’t any filters applied lower down in the Reference fields Section.

If all else fails, click “Clear” in the filters section, and put in the date you made the booking to find it.

My "Create booking" button is greyed out

If your “Create booking” button is greyed out then it means you don’t have “book” permission.

Ask your company admin to give you book permission in the manage users page.

I can’t get back a column that I’ve hidden

You can see the column menu by clicking the 3 dots next to any column name and hovering over “Columns”. This will allow you to hide or show any columns by clicking on their name.

You can also click “Set as default columns” to save the column view you have.

I'm getting an error when the dashboard tried to load

We treat any time that you don’t have access to the portal as a priority 1 issue. If the portal isn’t loading for you, or if you get an error, please let us know straight away so we can get it back up ASAP. Call our Customer Delivery Teams on 0800 351 351 and they will kick our 24/7 IT team into action.

Take a screenshot of the error and send it in. Make sure you get any error code in the screenshot so we can resolve the issue faster.

Any portal wide issues will have a banner up the top. If you see a banner up the top identifying the issue you have, it means we’re already working on fixing it.

The dashboard won’t stop loading

If the dashboard has been loading for more than a minute, then check your filters. If you’ve looked for a date range of more than 2 months it can take a while for the data to come back to the portal. That’s because the search will return everything you’re looking for, and the bigger the search the longer it takes to come back.

If you’re searching for bookings within a small period and it still hasn’t loaded in a minute, then something’s not working properly. Give our Customer Delivery teams a call, and we’ll look into it for you.
